YMCA of Orange Using New Visual Records' CRM Software System
YMCA of Orange commissioned Visual Records to create and design a custom CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) software system, which manages and tracks constituent information as well as their participation in program sessions.

MURRIETA, CA, October 08, 2008 /California News Articles/ -- The staff at the YMCA of Orange has started to use Visual Records' new CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) software system, which was custom designed for their non-profit organization. YMCA of Orange, which services Anaheim Hills, El Modena, Orange, Olive, Santiago Canyon and Villa Park, was in need of a CRM software system that managed and tracked their different constituents (such as members, donors and board members) as well as their involvement in the various programs that the organization offers.

The software system not only tracks and manages constituent profile / contact information and participation in program sessions, but it also manages attendance and payment transactions and provides automated invoicing and auto billing. Foundational information such as Attributes, Relationship Types, Program Types, Program Period Types, Transaction Types and Payment Types can be easily entered in the system by a director or manager. In addition, there are various reports that the user can generate and print, which deal with accounts receivables, mailing statements, sign in sheets and membership.

Dolores Marikian, CEO of YMCA of Orange, said, "Our new CRM system is extremely user-friendly and our staff has found it very easy to transition to the new system. The Visual Records staff has been very responsive to our questions and suggestions and I could not be happier with the service they have provided."

A powerful feature of the system is the Excel Open option, which accesses a spreadsheet containing queries to all the database tables. By accessing these database tables, users can create their own custom Excel reports and pull specific data they need into these reports. These Excel reports can then be submitted to the appropriate organizations such as the Department of Education. As with all their other software systems, the YMCA-CRM also comes with a security feature that allows management to add new users and determine their security roles.
