Pardee Homes Number One in the Nation for Move-in Satisfaction
The nationwide Eliant Report's Key Measurement Scores for Move-in rated Pardee Homes number one for the past three months; this report is based on surveys from home buyers in the Inland Empire.

LOS ANGELES, CA, October 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- For the past three consecutive months Pardee Homes has been number one in the nationwide Eliant Report's Key Measurement Scores for Move-in rated by homebuyers in the Inland Empire division. This nationwide report provides specialized consumer research services for homebuilders across the country by surveying buyers.

Consistent scores in the mid to upper 90th percentile from more than 30 surveys were recorded for Pardee's Inland Empire Sales, Initial Customer Service, Options, Flooring, Construction Experience, Closing/Title/Escrow and Installation/Workmanship.

In addition to the region results that put Pardee at number one in the nation for Move-in Key Measure Scores, Pardee also received the following 2011 Eliant Homebuyer Choice Awards (based on 2010 survey results) in the Nationwide Large Builder Category: Design Selection Experience (second place); Customer Service Experience (third place); Overall First Year Quality (Honorable Mention); Highest Percent of Sales from Referrals (Honorable Mention and First Place for San Diego Region).
